RevWise Revision is an AI-powered exam preparation platform designed to help medical professionals prepare for postgraduate examinations, including the FRCS (Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons).

3. Eligibility
To use RevWise Revision, you must:

- Provide accurate registration information
- Comply with these Terms
4. Your Account

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

RevWise Revision and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RevWise Revision and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:
- Platform design and user interface
- Original educational content we create
- AI-generated study materials
- Our branding and trademarks
6.2 Third-Party Content
Some content within RevWise references or summarises information from medical guidelines (e.g., NICE guidelines) and other authoritative sources. Such content is used for educational purposes under fair dealing provisions. Original sources are attributed where applicable.
6.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., notes, study plans). By using the Service, you grant us a licence to store and process this content to provide the Service.
7. AI Features
RevWise uses artificial intelligence to provide study assistance. You acknowledge that:
- AI responses are generated based on patterns and may contain errors
- AI is not a substitute for professional medical education or training
- You should verify important information from authoritative sources
- AI conversations may be stored to improve your experience
8. Subscription and Payment
RevWise Revision may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Payment terms, if applicable, will be clearly presented before purchase. Subscriptions may be cancelled according to the terms displayed at the time of subscription.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

- Technical issues or outages
- Circumstances beyond our control
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RevWise Revision is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
- Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater
- We are not responsible for any clinical decisions made based on content in RevWise
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevWise Revision, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
